Terms of Service

These Terms govern private-beta access to and use of ChannelFleet Checker.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using ChannelFleet Checker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

ChannelFleet Checker is a Windows desktop application intended to help users monitor information from multiple authorized YouTube channels in one dashboard. Features may include channel information, authorized analytics displays, local history, scheduling tools, and live-status indicators.

3. Private-Beta Status

The App is currently private-beta software. Access may be limited, withdrawn, or changed at any time. Beta versions may contain errors, incomplete features, or behavior that changes before commercial release.

There is no public installer on this website. Access is provided only by the developer to approved users or reviewers.

4. Google and YouTube Accounts

You are responsible for using Google accounts and YouTube channels that you own or are authorized to manage. You control whether to grant Google permissions and may revoke access at any time.

Your use of Google and YouTube services remains subject to Google's and YouTube's own terms and policies. ChannelFleet Checker is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC or YouTube.

5. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, the developer grants approved beta users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for evaluation and legitimate channel-management purposes.

Future public versions may require a paid commercial license, subscription, activation key, or other licensing method. Beta access does not guarantee free access to future versions.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share the installer or access credentials
  • Use the App to access accounts or channels without authorization
  • Use the App in violation of Google, YouTube, or applicable laws
  • Attempt to bypass licensing, authentication, or security controls
  • Reverse engineer or modify the App except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
  • Use the App to harm, disrupt, or overload third-party services

7. Availability and Changes

The developer may change, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any beta feature without notice. Google API changes, quota limits, policy changes, service interruptions, or changes to user permissions may affect functionality.

8. Disclaimer

The private-beta App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free performance to the maximum extent permitted by law.

ChannelFleet Checker does not guarantee monetization eligibility, channel growth, income, audience results, or continued availability of third-party API data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from beta use, loss of local files, account restrictions, third-party service changes, or inability to access the App.

10. Termination

The developer may terminate or suspend beta access if these Terms are violated, the App is misused, or continued access creates security, legal, or policy risk. Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the App develops. The latest revision date will be displayed on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
